[ARCHIVED] Polling Location Changes for Three Ames Precincts

NEVADA – Story County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Lucy Martin notifies residents in Ames voting precincts 1-1, 3-1, and 3-4 of permanent polling location changes.

Ames 1-1 has been moved to Harvest Vineyard Church, 1627 S. High Avenue. This replaces the State Forest Nursery.

Ames 3-1 will now vote at the Holiday Inn, Charolais Room, 2609 University Boulevard. This location replaces Oakwood Road Church.

Ames 3-4 has been moved to Hilton Garden Inn, 1325 Dickinson Avenue. This replaces the Actors Building.

Voters living within these precincts will use the polling locations for the primary and general elections in even-numbered years and city elections in odd-numbered years. The first scheduled election at the new polling locations is the Primary Election on June 3, 2014.

All registered voters within these precincts will be receiving new voter registration cards in the mail containing the polling location update.
