Support your local shelters and come out to "The 2013 Shelter Shindig" hosted by C and K Heating and Cooling. It will take place this Saturday, June 22nd at C and K, 2312 Edison St. in Ames, Iowa from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
It will be featuring $35 Microchipping, $10 Rabies Vaccinations, $2 per paw nail trimming. There will also be animals for adoption, and hot dogs, chips, and soda for a free will donation. All proceeds go to the animal shelters of Story County and Ames, Ia.
