TEAM up with the Story County Trails Advisory Committee this spring! Join Story County Conservation for the first TEAM (Trail Enhancement And Management) Day of 2013 on Saturday, March 16 at 1 p.m.
Volunteers will be working along Pleasant Valley Road, a quarter mile south of Bear Creek (16415 Pleasant Valley Road) near Story City.
All volunteers are asked to bring a water bottle and dress for the weather; long sleeved shirts, pants, gloves, and sturdy, close-toed shoes are strongly recommended.
If you like the outdoors and want a hands-on volunteer experience – we’d love to see you helping with this Story County trail! Registration is required by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, to ensure that we can provide a sufficient amount of supplies. Bear Creek is located 1.6 miles south of 150th Street on Pleasant Valley Road.
