Elderly individuals must be 60 years of age and older. Disabled persons must receive, have applied for, or are waiting for SSI, or currently be on worker’s compensation.

Beginning November 1, all other low-income individuals may apply for the energy assistance. Please call MICA at 956-3333 to schedule an appointment.
