  1. Frogs: Adventure Camp

    July 19, 2021, 9:00 AM - July 23, 2021, 11:30 AM @ McFarland Park

    Every day at Frogs camp is an adventure as children examine the natural world around them. Please bring water and a snack, and dress for the weather. Masks are recommended. This camp runs Monday, July 19 - Friday, July 23. Camp will begin at 9:00 am and end at 11:30 am daily. This camp is only for children that are completing kindergarten in the spring of 2021. Registration begins May 3rd at 6 pm and runs until July 5th at 9 am.

  2. Waterbugs: Expedition Camp

    July 19, 2021, 1:00 PM - July 23, 2021, 3:30 PM @ McFarland Park

    Children will go on expeditions to find nature's wonders right here in Story County. McFarland Park will be our home base to explore. This camp runs Monday, July 19 - Friday, July 23. Camp will begin at 1:00 pm and end at 3:30 pm daily. This camp is only for children that are completing 1st or 2nd grade in the spring of 2021. **We will actively explore the outdoors. Expect that your child may be dirty or wet when you pick them up (including Monday)** Registration will begin May 3rd at 6 pm, and end on July 5th at 9 am. Please sign up for only one of the Waterbugs: Expedition Camps.

  3. Summer Skills: Shooting Sports

    July 20, 2021, 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM @ Snow Bunting Lodge at Hickory Grove Park

    In this camp we will experience some of the tools that were used for primitive hunting, by practicing with atlatls, sling shots, throwing tomahawks, shooting a bow, and ending with modern air rifles. This camp is designed to be fun, and educational, while also teaching campers safety, and respect. All equipment will be provided. Bring Sack lunch, water bottle, and clothes to be outside all day, including rain gear. Closed toed shoes are a must! This camp is only for children that are completing 4th grade in the spring of 2021. Registration begins May 3rd at 6 pm and runs until July 6 at 4 pm.
