Story County Public Health is under the jurisdiction of the Story County Board of Health.  The Board of Health contracted services with the Mary Greeley Medical Center.  Responsibilities include:
  • Emergency preparedness planning & prevention
  • Response to disasters & assist in recovery
  • Disease prevention, surveillance & follow-up
  • Senior Health
  • Disease surveillance & follow-up
  • Immunization programs
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Control Program
  • Lead Poisoning Prevention Education
