Planning and Development's Role In Addressing
The Planning and Development Department is responsible for various duties associated with the county's rural addressing system, including coordinating:

  • Address marker assignment
  • Corner post/street names installations
  • Street re-naming requests
  • Placement of address points in the Global Information System (GIS) 

New E911 Addresses and Costs
New E911 addresses for parcels being developed are assigned by the Planning and Development Department. These addresses are also placed into a digital file that can be used by county staff to help locate properties when inquiries are received.

New E911 Address: $100
Replacement Marker: $85
