Revised Flood Hazard Information - Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Open House
Story County’s flood risk information is being revised by FEMA and updated flood hazard maps are available. You can view the new preliminary maps to see how flood risk may have changed and learn how they can affect building and flood insurance requirements at the following brown bag lunch and learn sessions. These meetings provide opportunities to discuss the changes to floodplain maps in the Unincorporated Areas of Story County, Iowa (outside city limits.) If you are not able to attend one of these sessions, please feel free to contact staff directly with questions. No formal presentations are scheduled.
Please free to contact Leanne Harter with any questions at 515-382-7247 or via email at email@example.com.
