Canoe Clinic

June 20, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM @ Hickory Grove Park

Join SCC staff on the beach for an evening of canoe instruction. Participants will learn canoe safety, steering and paddling techniques, and then test their canoeing skills on the lake. This program is strongly recommended for participants in the Adult/Child Canoe Trip (scheduled for July 28) who have never canoed. The general public is also welcome to attend. Pre-registration with payment is required by 4:30 p.m., Monday, June 18. This event is open to the public but specifically planned for participants in the Adult/Child Canoe Trip
