O.W.L.S. (Older, Wiser, Livelier Seniors): Mapping and Evaluating Conservation Landscapes in Story County

Tuesday, February 5, 2019

O.W.L.S. programs are designed for "boomers" or older, but anyone can attend. No registration is required unless you would like to attend the optional luncheon that follows the program for just $7.50. If you would rather not register online, call our office at 515.232.2516. The role of sound science in implementing conservation has never been more essential than in today's environment. Story County needs comprehensive accurate information on its natural resource base. Learn from Dr. Tom Rosburg of Drake University about a field research project that works towards this goal. Menu: Taco bar and ice cream sundae. Register and pay for lunch by February 1.
