The Conservation Center at McFarland Park is closed but all County parks are open to the public. Use of the Story County Conservation Center and indoor programming is following an approach adopted by the Story County Conservation Board. Staff are available by phone or email to provide information and assistance.

COVID Vaccine Status Update from Story County Public Health
Week of March 8, 2021
Story County Public Health has been allocated 1,270 doses for the week of March 8. Most of the vaccine will be provided to McFarland Clinic, with some also going to UnityPoint Huxley. Story County Public Health is doing second vaccines for people in Tier 1 using available vaccine supply. Some pharmacies will be receiving vaccine from state and federal sources. Please refer to the listings on Story County Public Health's vaccination updates page for more information about these organizations’ vaccine plans.
